Hampshire County Council (HCC) are proposing huge cuts to the services in our area!

These include the removal of several school crossing patrols, the probable closure of Hedge End Household Waste Recycling Centre, reduced passenger transport services, less spending on road maintenance and reduction in support for the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless.

These proposed cuts are partially due to the lack of funding from the Conservative government to support councils. Labour have responded to the recent HCC consultation on the cuts, raising serious concerns about most of the proposals and the impact on local residents.

We will continue to campaign against these cuts and endeavour to Save Our Services!
